My heart swells every time I think about this precious family. This couple is warm, they're gentle, down to earth, and absolutely, 100% smitten with each other and sweet baby Pax. Laura and Seba graciously welcomed me into their home on Sunday, July 13th to document "a morning in the life of" newborn parents. Only this morning was different than I remember life with a newborn…it was calm, is was smooth, and it was easy. These two exude a sense of comfort with themselves and with each other that is infectious. There was guitar playing, foot rubbing, and even a few tears as they soaked in those amazing feelings of bringing a child into this incredible world. I feel so honored to have spent such intimate moments with them, and I cannot thank them enough for allowing me to document it all.
